By booking and receiving services at Empress’s Secret Lash & Brow Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
Waiver of Liability
By receiving eyelash and brow services at Empress’s Secret, you acknowledge and accept that these services involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to eye irritation, discomfort, redness, allergic reactions, sensitivity, or, in rare cases, injury or complications requiring medical attention.
Although we use professional techniques, proper sanitation, and high-quality products, results and reactions can vary from person to person.
By proceeding with the service, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the service and release Empress’s Secret, its owner, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal actions arising out of or related to the services provided or products used.
Photography Release
By receiving services at Empress’s Secret, you grant permission for photographs and/or videos to be taken before, during, or after your appointment.
You authorize Empress’s Secret to use such images for marketing, promotional materials, website content, social media, and educational purposes without compensation.
You understand that images may be edited, cropped, or lightly retouched for presentation purposes.
You also agree that any feedback, testimonial, or review you voluntarily provide may be used for promotional purposes.
Aftercare Agreement
Proper aftercare is essential for lash retention, eye comfort, and overall results.
By booking an appointment, you agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by your lash artist.
You understand that oil-based products may weaken the adhesive, excessive heat or steam may reduce retention, waterproof mascara and lash curlers should not be used on extensions, and rubbing, pulling, or picking at extensions may damage both the extensions and your natural lashes.
You also understand that lash extensions must be removed professionally and should never be removed at home.
If irritation or discomfort occurs, you agree to contact your lash artist promptly for guidance, assessment, or safe removal.
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may lead to poor retention, irritation, lash damage, or the need for additional services at your own expense.
Client Responsibility
By booking, you confirm that you have disclosed any known allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, or other relevant health concerns that could affect your service.
Failure to disclose such information may increase the risk of adverse reactions, and Empress’s Secret shall not be responsible for complications related to undisclosed conditions.
Results Disclaimer
Results may vary depending on your natural lashes, skin type, lifestyle, sleeping habits, home care, and overall adherence to aftercare instructions.
For this reason, no guarantee is made regarding exact appearance, longevity, or retention.
