Rescheduling & Cancellation
More than 24 hours’ notice:
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Within 24 hours:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in:

Loss of your deposit (if applicable)

A 50% cancellation fee charged to the card on file
Within 1 hour / No-Shows:
If you cancel within 1 hour of your appointment, fail to show up, or do not respond to communication attempts once your appointment time has started, 100% of the scheduled service amount will be charged.
One-Time Grace
We understand that unexpected situations happen. We offer one penalty-free cancellation within the 24-hour window.
This courtesy is available one time only and does not apply to new clients. After this has been used, the standard cancellation policy applies in full, regardless of the reason.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delays for other clients. The full service price will still apply.
Please arrive on time to receive the best possible results.
Health & Cleanliness
Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell. If you appear sick, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion.
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. Time spent removing makeup will reduce the time available for your service and may affect the final result.
Satisfaction Policy
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns.
If the issue is determined to be related to application or product performance, we may offer a complimentary 30-minute express touch-up.
Concerns raised after 72 hours, or issues caused by improper aftercare, normal wear, or failure to follow aftercare instructions, will require booking a new service at full price.
Refund Policy
You are paying for the artist’s time, expertise, and high-quality products used during your service. Therefore, all services are non-refundable.
After-Hours Appointments
After-hours appointments may be available upon request for an additional 25% fee added to the regular service price. Availability is limited and not guaranteed.
Authorization
By booking an appointment, you authorize Empress’s Secret to charge your card on file in accordance with this policy, including cancellation, late, and no-show fees.
