At Empress’s Secret Lash Studio, we value your time and ours. By booking, you agree to the following terms. Card on File Authorization A valid card is required to secure your appointment. By booking, you authorize us to store your card and charge it in accordance with this policy, including cancellation, late, and no-show fees. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment. Cancellation & No-Show More than 24 hours’ notice: free reschedule or cancellation. Less than 24 hours: 50% fee will be charged. Within 1 hour or no-show: 100% of the service will be charged. Late Arrivals Late arrivals may result in reduced service time. Full price still applies. Courtesy Cancellation One-time 24-hour cancellation grace may be granted. Does not apply to new clients. Refund Policy All services are non-refundable.
