TOP ARTIST Volume 1.5D-2D of lashes is 100% coverage of the natural lashes, so every natural lash is being covered with 1.5-2 extension. We customize the style, length, curl and thickness of the lashes to give you the best result. In order to maintain the volume effect, we suggest to come every 2-3 weeks for a refill.
Cancellation Policy
At Empress's Secret, we value your time and ours. By booking, you agree to the following terms. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment. Cancellation & No-Show More than 24 hours' notice: free reschedule or cancellation. Less than 24 hours' notice: a cancellation fee may apply. Within 1 hour or no-show: may affect future booking availability. Late Arrivals Late arrivals may result in reduced service time. Full price still applies. Courtesy Cancellation One-time 24-hour cancellation grace may be granted. Does not apply to new clients. Refund Policy All services are non-refundable.
