At Empress's Secret, we value your time and ours. By booking, you agree to the following terms. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of your appointment. Cancellation & No-Show More than 24 hours' notice: free reschedule or cancellation. Less than 24 hours' notice: a cancellation fee may apply. Within 1 hour or no-show: may affect future booking availability. Late Arrivals Late arrivals may result in reduced service time. Full price still applies. Courtesy Cancellation One-time 24-hour cancellation grace may be granted. Does not apply to new clients. Refund Policy All services are non-refundable.
